Silver's Anatomy is a fictitious soap opera from the YouTube Comedy Animated Sitcom series The Lenny Leggo Show.

Silver's Anatomy is first mentioned in the Season 1 episode Fireworks, where a stunt shot is being overwatched by Phil, a "stunt coordinator". The stunt is the implosion of an empty house in Skyler Springs. Prior to the explosion, Phil is talking on the phone with his wife, explaining that the studio originally could not afford the stunt (soap operas are generally produced on very low budgets), but became able to after one of the show's producers won an undisclosed amount of money from a winning lottery ticket.

Silver's Anatomy is a parody of the real life medical/romantic drama TV series Grey's Anatomy, even though the show, unlike is satirical and fictitious counterpart, is not actually classified a soap opera.
